Click the Start Menu and select Settings, then Control Panels.

Double Click on the icon called Internet.

Click on the tab at the top that says Connection

Make sure the dot is placed next to Connect to the Internet using a modem.
Click the Settings button.

Make sure that netins.net is selected in the box at the top.
Enter your username as username@netins.net and your password as it was given to you.
Domain stays blank. Make sure bottom 3 boxes are unchecked.
Click OK 3 times, and you are ready to go.
