1. Single-click Start...
2. Single-click Connect To and then single-click
Show all connections...
3.Single-click Create a new connection in the left-hand
column...
4. Click Next...
5. Put a dot next to Connect to the Internet and click
Next...
6. Put a dot next to Set up my connection manually and click
Next...
7. Put a dot next to Connect using a dial-up modem and
click Next...
8. Type netINS in the ISP Name box
and click Next...
9. Type your local access number in the Phone number box
and click Next...
10. Type username@netins.net in the User name box and
enter your password in the both the Password and
Confirm password box. Check Make this the default
Internet connection, Use this account name and password when
anyone connects to the Internet from this computer and uncheck
Turn on Internet Connection Firewall for this connection.
Click Next...
11. Put a checkmark next to Add a shortcut to this connection to my
desktop and then click Finish.
